Wine at Terroirs: Wine Service
The wines are stored and served at the appropriate temperature. Because of the way they are made some of the wines are fragile and, in order to be properly appreciated, are recommended to be served cool and/or carafed.
The glasses used are from the Chef & Sommelier “Open Up” range which allow excellent expression of the aromatic quality of the wines.
Service is relaxed and friendly. Whilst there are tasting notes on the list it is important that customers feel comfortable drinking the wines and can ask questions if they are not sure about something or would like to try a particular wine that is not available by the glass.
Growers are encouraged to drop in on their travels and taste their wares with customers. There will be numerous wine tastings and dinners in the restaurant downstairs.
